Traditions Acupuncture Foundation is a 501c3 whose Mission is to Provide Acupuncture Care to the medically underserved, Provide Educational Opportunities for students entering the Acupuncture profession and Support the Growth of the Acupuncture profession.

Traditions Acupuncture Foundation focuses on supporting our diverse local community. We recognize that Chinese Medical care is not accessible to all. Our Haywood Street Congregation partnership helps bridge the gap between need and access. This internship is essential as it helps to educate interns in the concerns of the medically underserved. It is our hope that they will carry these skills into the communities each will serve in the future.

SUPPORTING THE GROWTH OF THE ACUPUNCTURE PROFESSION
One of our goals is to support the growth of the Chinese Medical profession. Public perception and
understanding of the field has changed dramatically over the last century. Our most recent initiative
was to support the North Carolina Acupuncture Licensing Board.
